We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted anime content — we are an informational discovery platform that links to legitimate third-party streaming services.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears on our site.
  4. Your contact information — including full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users or accounts that are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
