In a secluded mountain setting, a group of misfit students in Class 3-E, a notorious delinquent class at Kunugigaoka Middle School, are tasked with an impossible mission: assassinate their new teacher, Koro-sensei, before he destroys the Earth in just a year's time. But Koro-sensei is no ordinary educator - this octopus-like professor has already annihilated the moon and boasts superhuman speed and an arsenal of defenses that make him nearly invulnerable. Despite his formidable abilities, Koro-sensei proves to be an exceptional teacher, motivating his students to excel in both academics and assassination skills.

As the clock ticks away, Nagisa Shiota and his classmates embark on a series of trials and errors to uncover Koro-sensei's weaknesses. With their teacher's confidence in their abilities, the students must tap into their ingenuity and determination to succeed in their mission. But as they navigate the challenges ahead, they begin to realize that their teacher's unorthodox methods may be the key to their own growth and redemption.
