In the aftermath of the Mugen Train tragedy, the Demon Slayer Corps is still reeling from the devastation. Yet, the relentless forces of darkness never rest, and a new evil emerges in the Yoshiwara Entertainment District. The district's beautiful courtesans are being targeted by a ruthless demon, leaving the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, to take drastic measures. As he becomes separated from his three wives, Tengen turns to Tanjirou Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira for assistance, tasking them with infiltrating the district's most prominent establishments to track down the malevolent Upper Rank Demon and put an end to its reign of terror.
