About Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions!: Heart Throb
As Yuuta Togashi and Rikka Takanashi navigate their sophomore year, their once-rosy romance has become stuck in neutral. Yuuta's struggles to reconcile his ordinary high school life with Rikka's eccentricities as a "chuuni" (a delusional middle school student) continue to plague their relationship. Meanwhile, their friends Sanae, Shinka, and Kumin remain steadfast in their own brand of eccentricity, oblivious to the growing tension between the lovebirds.
Just as things can't get any more complicated, a blast from Yuuta's past arrives in the form of Satone Shichimiya, a fellow chuuni from middle school who's determined to rekindle their former bond. As Yuuta's loyalties are tested and his relationships with both Rikka and Satone are put to the test, he must confront the true meaning of love and friendship. Will he be able to reinvigorate his romance with Rikka, or will the allure of his past and the quirks of his present friends tear them apart?
