In a secluded forest, a young and energetic boy named Gokuu Son leads a solitary life, unaware of the extraordinary adventures that await him. His world is turned upside down when Bulma, a resourceful and determined girl, stumbles upon him in her quest for the legendary Dragon Balls. These mystical artifacts, rumored to grant any wish to the one who collects all seven, are the object of Bulma's desire, as she hopes to use them to find her perfect match. However, Gokuu's possession of one of the dragon balls throws a wrench in her plans, and he refuses to part with it. Undeterred, Bulma proposes a compromise: in exchange for Gokuu's dragon ball, he can join her on her journey and tap into its power.

As they embark on their perilous quest, they are joined by Muten-Roshi, a wise and seasoned martial artist, and Kuririn, his enthusiastic but hapless disciple. Gokuu sees this as an opportunity to hone his skills and prepare for the World Martial Arts Tournament, while Bulma hopes to use the dragon balls to fuel her own ambitions. However, they soon discover that they are not the only ones searching for the artifacts, and that the power to make any wish come true is a coveted prize. To protect the world from those who would misuse this power, Gokuu and his companions must become stronger fighters, using their abilities to defend the innocent and bring hope to those in need.
